For anyone wondering, nothing much happened this chapter, XM was almost pitted again by his new teammate bc he had to return inside to grab the card that the idiot left behind. Once they return back to the mall, XM tries to read the card and new teammate freaks out bc he uses a laser light to read it (partially bc zombies but also bc he doesn’t want that light shining on him and everyone seeing he wet his pants). Xiong Jiabao admits that he used to use those “infrared lights” to prank his teacher by shining it in his eyes. We learn XM is big brained when he corrects Xiong Jiabao by saying infrared lights is invisible and also that pointing a laser at someones eyes for a prolonged amount of time could cause blindness. XJ apologizes to his teacher lol. XM scares new team member into shutting up so he can read the card which said that the military was called into the town. we learn that the town is barricaded, their goal is to escape the town, and that the military turned into zombies so their next goal is to get those shiny shiny guns. new team mate pretends he still lives in a decent society and guns are bad so he won’t use one (even tho internally he’s happy about the guns??) everyone else is like “bro??? Did u forget zombies????”
