TYMRHBDES Chapter 170

Jiang Luoluo’s legs went weak, his small, soft hands resting limply on Pei Yu’s chest. His petal-like lips glistened wetly, as if he had been thoroughly ravished.

Yet Pei Yu deliberately asked, “Can you go out on your own, darling?”

Jiang Luoluo glared at him, but even his glare was soft and damp, his tear-filled eyes glistening red at the corners, only making Pei Yu’s heart itch more.

Pei Yu lowered his head and kissed the tip of his nose.

“After you leave, walk north along the wall. I’ve placed a small stool in the corner for you to play on for a while.”

“It’s a blind spot for the cameras; they won’t see you.”

Pei Yu’s thumb caressed Jiang Luoluo’s cheek, his eyes burning with possessive desire.

“This look of yours… it’s only for your husband to see.”

“No one else is allowed to see it.”

Jiang Luoluo looked up at him, stubbornly retorting, “Who are you calling ‘husband’? You’re not my husband!”

“I don’t even like you! I never agreed to be with you!”

Pei Yu’s lips curled into a smile. “Even if you don’t want to be with me, you still let me hold you and kiss you?”

“You let me kiss you however I want? You even wrap your arms around my neck?”

“You open your mouth when I tell you to, and stick out your tongue when I ask?”

Pei Yu chuckled softly, tapping the lips of the person in his arms.

“Your whole body is soft, except for your stubborn mouth.”

“Even after all this, you still don’t like me?”

Jiang Luoluo couldn’t refute his words.

He could only bury his face in Pei Yu’s chest, his voice a mix of childish anger and sweetness:

“You know too much.”

“I’m going to poke you to death.”

***

Dinner was held on the third floor.

Outside, the vast sea stretched out, and gentle breezes carried the scent of the ocean, invigorating the senses.

Jiang Luoluo arrived with Pei Yu.

The other three were already there. Jiang Wei and Fang Yan were chatting casually. When Jiang Wei saw Jiang Luoluo, his entire demeanor brightened:

“Luo Luo!”

After Jiang Luoluo settled in, Jiang Wei pulled up a chair to talk to him.

When Jiang Wei’s gaze landed on Jiang Luoluo’s mouth, his expression turned peculiar. He pointed to the same spot on his own mouth and asked, “Luo Luo, what happened here?”

Could it be that shameless Pei Yu did this?

All eyes at the table turned toward them.

Even the camera zoomed in for a close-up.

Jiang Luoluo instinctively covered his mouth.

Pei Yu, his tone lazy and relaxed, prepared to take credit: “This is—”

Jiang Luoluo stomped on Pei Yu’s shoe, cutting him off with lightning speed: “I ate spicy noodles!”

He was small and his stomp wasn’t hard, but Pei Yu obediently shut his mouth.

What could he do?

His wife was embarrassed, so he’d have to keep quiet for now.

Jiang Wei relaxed: “You even brought spicy noodles with you!”

Zhou Jing sighed inwardly: This big dummy is so clueless.

Seeing everyone’s doting attention focused on Jiang Luoluo, Fang Yan felt resentful. He didn’t dare show it openly, but he still wanted to stir up trouble.

Fang Yan scrutinized Jiang Luoluo from head to toe for a moment before finally spotting a faint patch of redness near his jawline.

Feigning casual curiosity, Fang Yan asked, “Luo Luo, what’s that red mark here?”

Jiang Luoluo flinched, his voice betraying his guilt as he asked, “Where?”

That dog Pei Yu only nuzzled my neck a few times—he didn’t even kiss me!

Pei Yu raised an eyebrow, leaned closer to examine the spot, and tapped Jiang Luoluo’s cheek. “Here.”

Jiang Luoluo let out an “Oh” and checked his reflection in the mirror, muttering to himself in confusion, “How did it get red here?”

Pei Yu pondered for a moment. “I pinched it.”

The others: “!!!”

Live stream:

“!!! Is that something you can just say?!”

“Well… why not?”

“So what exactly happened during the half-hour our precious wife disappeared from the stream?!”

“Pei Yu, you dog! Stealing my wife is an unforgivable crime! I hate you!!”

“Hey, weren’t you the one with the username ‘Protecting the World’s Best Brother Pei’?”

“Forget protecting that dog! He doesn’t deserve it!”

“Hahahaha, so what exactly did he pinch my wife’s chin for?!”

***

The others at the table cast equally puzzled and shocked glances.

At the center of the storm, Jiang Luoluo’s fingers clenched together, his embarrassment beyond measure.

That dog Pei Yu! Why does he have to blurt out everything?!

Burning with shame and anger, he stomped his foot down on Pei Yu’s shoe again.

Pei Yu remained unfazed, his aloof phoenix eyes flicking upward as he lazily surveyed his two love rivals. With arrogant ease, he fabricated a flimsy excuse, casually brushing it off:

“Luo Luo got something in his eye. I blew it out for him.”

“I didn’t realize how hard I was squeezing. It just popped out.”

Zhou Jing frowned.

Does Pei Yu really think we’re all idiots?!

Yet the big, gullible guy beside him nodded earnestly, his voice high-pitched with concern. “Then be more careful! His skin is so delicate. Why were you squeezing so hard?”

Fang Yan, sitting nearby, subtly rolled his eyes.

I’m being ignored again.

***

After dinner, the production team came up with another terrible idea.

“It’s too early to go back to your rooms and sleep, everyone. Please wait a moment.”

Fang Yan froze in place, already knowing what the production team was about to say.

Even if Zhou Jing wanted to blame him this time, he wouldn’t have a leg to stand on.

This isn’t my idea—it’s coming straight from the director’s mouth!

So what if these three dote on him?

He’ll still be humiliated soon enough!

Fang Yan smirked smugly, but when his gaze landed on Zhou Jing’s face, he quickly suppressed his triumph and turned to the director.

The director chuckled awkwardly. “This time, our show is fortunate to have invited Fang Yan, the visual center of a popular boy group, and Luo Luo, a rising star in the influencer world. The two of you standing together is truly a sight to behold!”

“Based on feedback from our online viewers, the production team has decided to give you two young talents a chance to showcase your skills! Hahaha!”

Jiang Luoluo stared at the director, completely bewildered by his rambling.

At that moment, Fang Yan sprang to his feet and seized the opportunity, cutting in smoothly:

“Thank you, Director Chen, for giving us this chance to shine!”

By saying this, Fang Yan had cornered Jiang Luoluo. If he refused now, he would appear ungrateful and arrogant.

Fang Yan secretly set a trap for Jiang Luoluo, feigning humility. “But I’m a very clumsy director,” he said. “Besides dancing, I’m good at nothing else.”

Fang Yan deliberately steered the conversation toward dance, planning to thoroughly crush Jiang Luoluo later and bruise that seductive face of his!

Director: “Ah, that’s right! Fang Yan is fix’s dance leader.”

“What about Luo Luo? Besides cooking, what else are you good at? Singing? Dancing? Or perhaps you play an instrument?”

Jiang Luoluo tilted his palm-sized face toward the director’s group, seeming to ponder seriously for a moment before replying, “I can dance.”

“Good wife, let’s not dance. Fang Yan is a professional; we can’t compete with him in that!”

“LOL! How dare he claim to be good at dancing in front of our Fang Yan gege???”

“Does this borderline streamer think wiggling his hips counts as dancing?”

“Has Jiang Luoluo lost his mind?! Does he not know Fang Yan has been dancing since childhood, or is he deliberately trying to sabotage himself for attention?”

“Fang Yan’s fans are such idiots! My wife hasn’t even danced yet, and you’re already claiming he can’t?!”

“Waaah, don’t worry, my precious wife! No matter how you dance, you’ll always be my precious wife!!”

***

Fang Yan was even more shocked.

He had spent the entire day trying to figure out how to persuade Jiang Luoluo to dance, only to find that Jiang Luoluo had volunteered himself?

What an overestimation of his abilities.

Jiang Wei let out a “Hey!” beside him. “Luo Luo! You can dance?”

Jiang Luoluo nodded softly, his voice barely audible. “A little.”

Zhou Jing lowered his voice. “Be careful not to hurt yourself.”

Pei Yu thought for a moment, then leaned close to Jiang Luoluo’s ear. “Dance boldly. Your black hot search husband will get it taken down. No matter how you dance, no one will laugh at you.”

Jiang Luoluo glared at him, cheeks puffed out, and snapped fiercely, “You look down on people!”

Beneath the table, out of the camera’s view, Pei Yu’s face sharpened with cold indifference as he grasped Jiang Luoluo’s soft hand. In a voice only they could hear, he murmured, “Then I’m just my wife’s personal dog.”

Jiang Luoluo’s ears flushed crimson.

His wet, wide eyes glared at Pei Yu with utterly ineffective ferocity.

He stood up and asked softly, “Director, where should I dance?”

Ten minutes later, a crimson carpet was laid out on the open-air rooftop, creating a makeshift stage.

Fang Yan, still unwilling to accept it, asked again in disbelief, “You’re really not changing clothes?”

Jiang Luoluo nodded. “This outfit is fine.”

He was wearing a white shirt and black trousers, with no other preparations, as if he were just casually dancing.

Fang Yan thought Jiang Luoluo was being foolish. He curled his lip and said, “My clothes won’t do. Jumping around will affect my performance. I’ll go change.”

He returned shortly after, dressed in a dazzling stage outfit with his hair styled to perfection, looking every bit the professional.

Eager to show off, he suggested, “Luo Luo, haven’t you danced in a while? Why don’t you warm up first? I’ll start.”

With someone as skilled as himself going first, Jiang Luoluo’s performance would inevitably be ridiculed.

And if the online trolls started stirring things up, he’d end up with more haters than fans.

Jiang Luoluo agreed.

Fang Yan nodded proudly, arranged the lighting and music, and stepped onto the red-carpeted stage.

He performed his signature dance from his time as the dance lead in fix—a dynamic, infectious routine set to a booming track.

—”Gotta admit, Fang Yan’s got some serious moves.

—”He can dance, but he’s also scheming as hell. Those giant glittery eye patches are blinding me through the screen!”

—”Respecting the stage means preparing properly. Our Fang Yan is a dedicated dancer—not like that clueless little internet celebrity you’re all obsessed with.”

—Not even changing his clothes? Is he planning to use his embarrassing performance as an excuse later?”

***

After Fang Yan finished his dance, applause erupted from the audience.

Among the staff were Fang Yan’s fans, who clapped with particular enthusiasm.

Jiang Luoluo watched with his cheek resting in his hand, then joined in the applause, exclaiming, “That was amazing!”

Fang Yan choked on his earnest, guileless expression. He quickly adjusted his own expression, adopting a friendly and humble demeanor.

“Luo Luo, it’s your turn now.”
